These provisional terms describe how Security Checklist content and tools are intended to be used. They are not a counsel-approved contract. Governing law, entity name, and limitation language remain unpublished pending verification, listed in the verification register.

Purpose

Security Checklist provides general educational information and decision-support tools. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or incident-response advice.

Policy (provisional)

You may use the site for lawful personal or internal business research. You may not misuse tools to probe third-party systems without authorization, scrape in ways that degrade service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or affiliate tracking integrity.

Content may include not yet published scores and pending claims; do not treat draft pages as finished purchasing advice until verification labels are cleared.

Process (provisional)

We may update pages, remove CTAs, or correct claims when evidence changes. Material legal terms will carry an updated date once counsel approves a final version.

Assessment answers should not include secrets. If you paste sensitive data into a form despite warnings, you do so at your own risk, our flows are designed not to ask for it.
